The first Globetrotter has started!
Today July 4th, Ducati’s 90th birthday, the first Globetrotter has officially started from Ducati Factory in Borgo Panigale.
After having received the Globetrotter Torch from the hands of Ducati CEO Claudo Domenicali, the 37 years old indian rider Vir Nakai has turned on its Multistrada 1200 Enduro and began this great adventure, with the support of 160 members of Ducati Owners Club from all over the world, that rode directly from WDW2016 in Misano to Borgo Panigale.
Vir has attended too the World Ducati Week in the last three days; it was the first WDW for him and he was really impressed by the passion of the whole great family of Ducatisti. Before the start today he visited the Ducati Service department for a last technical brief, having some time to know better its bike.
Vir’s route heads to Moscow, where he will meet the second Globetrotter, Steve Fraser from Australia, ready for the Transiberiana.
